- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 Green Chili Pepper
- 4 coriander stems
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- Salt

Peel the onion and garlic; dice the onion finely, mince the garlic. Clean, wash, core, and dice the tomatoes, and finely chop the chili pepper.

Wash the coriander, pat dry, and chop. Mix all prepared ingredients in a bowl with lime juice, season the Pico de gallo with salt.
