Ingredients

  • 2 organic oranges
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 1 pitahaya
  • 1 starfruit
  • 200 g red grapes
  • 200 g white grapes
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 40 ml orange juice
  • 2 sprigs Mint

Instructions

    Brew the oranges and lime hot, grate dry, cut lengthwise into quarters and slice.

    Peel the pitahaya and cut into pieces.

  3. 3.

    Wash the starfruit and slice it.

  4. 4.

    Wash the grapes, halve if desired and remove seeds.

  5. 5.

    Wash the berries, rinse them and cube the strawberries.

  6. 6.

    Place all fruit in a bowl and mix with honey and orange juice. Let sit for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile wash the mint, shake dry and serve the fruit salad garnished with it.
