  • 3 eggs
  • 150 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
  • 8 parsley leaves
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 8 slices whole‑grain toast
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • 4 slices cheese (e.g., cheddar)

Instructions

    Whisk the eggs with the milk. Wash and dry the parsley. Heat the butter in a pan. Briefly dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, place one parsley leaf on each slice, and fry both sides in butter over medium heat until golden brown.

    Top four slices with ham and cheese, briefly broil in a preheated oven with grill function until golden brown, then add the remaining bread slices on top. Cut the ham‑cheese toasts diagonally as desired and serve.
