Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 4 small red bell peppers
  • 4 small round fresh goat cheese (Crottin de Chavignol)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 8 white peppercorns
  • 500 ml best olive oil

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the herbs. Wash the peppers, slice them lengthwise and deseed.

    Quarter the goat cheese and layer it in jars with the herbs, peppers, bay leaves, and peppercorns. Pour the olive oil over the top so all ingredients are covered. Seal the jars and let them sit for about 1 week in a cool, dark place.
