Ingredients
- 1 kg small chanterelles
- 1 onion
- 2 Bay leaves
- Salt
Instructions

Clean the mushrooms and cut them smaller if needed.

Peel the onion and slice it into strips.

Bring plenty of water to a boil in a large pot with bay leaves and 1 tsp salt.

Blanch the mushrooms and onion strips in portions for 2-3 minutes.

Remove with a slotted spoon and fill clean canning jars.

Top with fresh cold water so the mushrooms are covered about 2 cm.

Seal the jars and place them on a kitchen towel or rack in a large pot.

Pour water almost to the rim of the jars and simmer for about 2 hours.

Take out and let cool.
