Ingredients

  • 500 g ginger
  • 300 g cane sugar
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

    Peel and cube the ginger.

  2. 2.

    Bring the water, sugar, and ginger to a boil while stirring constantly. Then remove from heat and let steep overnight.

  3. 3.

    Reboil the mixture the next day and pour into prepared jars. Seal tightly and let steep for at least another two weeks.
