Ingredients
- 1 kg untreated lemons
- 300 ml vinegar
- 300 g sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 tbsp red peppercorns
- 2 cloves
- 2 chili peppers
Instructions

Quarter the lemons.

Bring vinegar, sugar, salt and 300 ml water to a boil. Add lemons and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Fill jars with bay leaves, peppercorns, cloves and sliced chili rings. Pour hot lemon liquid over the lemons, seal tightly and store in a cool place.
