Ingredients

  • 500 g green grapes (seedless)
  • 800 ml yellow Muscateller (Moscato)
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
  • 0.5 Vanilla pod

Instructions

    Rinse the grapes, pat dry and halve them. In a large pot combine the Moscato with the gelatin sugar. Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Add to the Moscato and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly so the gel does not stick to the bottom. Remove from heat, discard the vanilla pod and fold the grapes into the gel.

    Transfer to clean canning jars, seal tightly and invert. Let cool, then turn upright. Store the gel in a cool dark place.
