Ingredients
- 4 stalks basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 80 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 lemon juice
- Salt
- pinch sugar

Wash the basil, shake dry and pick off the leaves. Combine with peeled garlic clove, pine nuts, parmesan and oil in a blender and puree finely. Stir in broth and balsamic, then season with lemon juice, salt and sugar.
