Ingredients
- 40 g fresh basil
- 1 EL pine nuts
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 80 ml olive oil
- 2 EL white balsamic vinegar
- 20 g freshly grated Parmesan
- Sea salt
- black pepper

Wash the basil, shake dry and pick off leaves. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without added fat, then let cool. Peel and roughly dice the garlic cloves. Blend the basil with the pine nuts, garlic, and oil using an immersion blender until fine. Add vinegar and, if needed, some cold water (4-5 EL).

Finally stir in parmesan and season with salt and pepper before serving.
