- 50 g red bell pepper strips
- 1 Shallot
- 2 milk whey
- 1 EL olive oil
- 1 EL fresh thyme
- spring onions
- 1 EL Parsley
- 1 pinch herb salt
- 1 TL sea salt
- pepper (ground)

Wash the peppers, cut into small strips and finely chop the thyme, spring onions, and parsley with a chef's knife; mince the shallot.

In a bowl whisk together the whey with herb salt, sea salt, and pepper. Add the finely chopped pepper-herb mixture. Whisk in the olive oil until emulsified.
