Ingredients
- 3 persimmons
- 1 Organic Lime
- 500 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 2 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tsp Honey
- 6 ice cubes

Clean, wash and quarter the persimmons. Rinse the lime hot, dry it, then grate the zest.

Add persimmon pieces, lime zest, yogurt, cardamom, honey, and ice cubes to a blender and blend on high until creamy. If needed, add a splash of cold water or lime juice.
