Blueberry Thick Milk Shake

A blueberry thick milk shake with honey and almonds: high protein, low fat, and rich in bioactive compounds make this mix an energy booster.
Ingredients
- 275 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 400 ml thick milk
- 20 g crushed almond kernels (2 Tbsp)
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
Instructions

Fill a bowl with water and gently wash the blueberries. Lift them out and let them drain on a kitchen towel or paper towels. If using frozen blueberries, allow them to thaw.

Place the berries, remaining ingredients, and 3–4 ice cubes in a blender. Blend thoroughly and serve immediately.
