Ingredients
- 2 small zucchinis
- 60 g baby spinach
- 1 small onion
- 450 g ground turkey
- 2 Eggs
- 60 g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- 0.5 tsp Salt

Clean and wash the zucchini, then cut into large pieces. Wash and dry spin the spinach. Peel the onion and chop it roughly. Grate the zucchini and onion, pulse the spinach in a food processor, then squeeze out excess liquid.

In a large bowl combine the zucchini, onion, spinach, ground turkey, egg, rolled oats, Italian herbs, and salt; mix well.

Shape about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into 12 balls.

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C fan‑forced; gas: level 2–3) for approximately 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
