Guacamole with Cilantro

Ingredients
- 10 g cilantro (0.5 bunch)
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- 60 g cherry tomatoes (1 small tomato)
- 2 limes
- 2 ripe avocados
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions

Wash the cilantro, pat dry and remove leaves from stems.

Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, deseed, wash and chop. Peel and chop the garlic.

In a mortar rub the garlic with a little salt, half of the cilantro and the chopped chili into a fine paste.

Peel the tomatoes, wash them and dice into small cubes. Halve the limes and squeeze out the juice.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop the flesh with a spoon from the shell, cube it and drizzle with lime juice.

Mash the avocado with a fork, stir in the chili paste. Chop the remaining cilantro and mix with tomatoes, leftover chili and olive oil. Season the guacamole with salt and pepper.
