Ingredients

  • 3 ripe pears
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp pear brandy
  • 1 Mango
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Lemon balm (for garnish)

Instructions

    Quarter two pears, core and peel. Blend with sugar, half the lemon juice, and pear brandy. Chill.

    Peel the mango and cut the flesh into strips away from the fibrous core. Peel kiwis and slice. Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Quarter the remaining pear, core it, and slice thinly.

    Dust the rims of four plates with powdered sugar. Spoon pear puree onto them and arrange the fruits decoratively on top. Garnish with lemon balm and serve.
