Ingredients

  • 200 g almonds
  • 200 g dates (pitted)
  • 60 g dried banana slices
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • cocoa powder (for rolling)

Instructions

    Pour boiling water over the almonds, rinse, and squeeze out the skins while still hot. Spread on a kitchen towel and let dry for at least 1 hour.

    Combine the almonds with dates, bananas, and coconut flakes in a food processor or blender and finely chop until a uniform mass forms. If necessary, process in batches if the appliance is not powerful enough. Melt the coconut oil and mix well into the fruit blend. Shape small balls with damp hands and roll them in cocoa powder.
