Ingredients

  • 500 g cranberries
  • 500 g pears
  • 1 Orange (juice)
  • 1 kg gelatin sugar

Instructions

    Wash the cranberries, drain them, and place them in a large pot. Peel the pears, remove the core, and cut the quarters into coarse pieces.

    Add the orange juice to the cranberries and puree with an immersion blender until smooth. Stir in the sugar and bring to a boil.

    Then simmer for about 4 minutes while bubbling. Perform a setting test and fill prepared jars. Seal immediately and let cool.
