The Raspberry‑Chia jam from Spoonsparrow is made without refined sugar and is perfect for clean eating.

Ingredients

  • 250 g raspberries
  • 15 g chia seeds (1.5 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp ground vanilla

Instructions

    Sort the berries, wash them, put them in a pot and bring to a boil once. Then gently mash with a fork or purée to your liking. Remove the pot from heat and let the fruit cool at room temperature for 15 minutes.

    Stir in the chia seeds, honey, and vanilla powder.

    Let the raspberry‑chia jam thicken for at least 30 minutes, then transfer it into a clean screw‑cap jar and store it in the refrigerator.
