Mandarin-Apricot Shake

The fiber‑rich, filling mandarin‑apricot shake provides the body with many essential minerals and vitamins.

Ingredients

  • 80 g mandarin or small orange (1 mandarin)
  • 75 g dried apricots (soft apricots)
  • 200 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp oat bran
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

    Peel the mandarin or orange, removing the white pith. Then segment the fruit and optionally pit it.

    Coarsely cube the apricots.

    Place the mandarin or orange and apricots with buttermilk, oat bran, and honey in a tall container. Blend to a frothy consistency with a stick blender. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
