Ingredients

  • 400 g roasted and peeled peanuts (unsalted)
  • 30 g raw cane sugar (2 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Grind the peanuts in a food processor until fine flour.

  2. 2.

    Add sugar and oil to the peanuts and continue processing. In 4–5 stages, work the mixture into a cream. Scrape the sides after each pass.

  3. 3.

    Transfer the peanut butter to a clean screw‑top jar. It keeps for about 4 weeks in the refrigerator.
