Ingredients

  • 500 g honeydew melon flesh (cleaned and weighed)
  • 500 g peach flesh (cleaned and weighed)
  • 1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 kg gelatine sugar (1:1)
  • 1 packet Gelfix (super)

Instructions

    Dice the melon and peaches into small cubes.

    Combine melon and peach cubes in a pot with lemon juice and zest. Use a potato masher to slightly crush the fruit.

    Stir in gelatine sugar and Gelfix, then simmer for about 4 minutes until sparkling. Perform a set test on a plate. Immediately pour into prepared jars, seal, place on lids for 5 minutes, then flip and let cool.
