Peach Yogurt Drink

Peach yogurt drink: tastes wonderfully creamy and mild. Combined with yogurt and peaches, the drink provides plenty of calcium and diuretic potassium.

Ingredients

  • 125 g ripe peaches (1 ripe peach)
  • 50 g yogurt (0.3% fat)
  • 50 ml coconut milk (1.9% fat; organic store)
  • 100 ml sparkling water (ice cold)
  • 1 tsp saffron strands
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Wash the peach, briefly dip it in boiling water, cool it down and peel it off. Then halve, pit, and dice.

    Add the peach cubes to yogurt and coconut milk in a tall container and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

  3. 3.

    Pour into a glass, add sparkling water, ice cubes, and sprinkle with saffron.
