Buttermilk smoothie with melon: low calorie, low fat and refreshing – the perfect light snack with valuable protein.

Ingredients

  • 100 g watermelon (flesh)
  • 100 g ripe peaches (1 ripe peach)
  • 50 ml Buttermilk

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the watermelon flesh and remove the seeds.

  2. 2.

    Wash the peach thoroughly, pat dry, halve it, pit it, and coarsely chop it as well.

  3. 3.

    Place the melon and peach in a tall container and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Add the buttermilk and blend again until frothy.
