Carrot Mandarin Drink

A mild fruit‑flavored drink with pleasant acidity. Mandarins and limes give an extra boost of vitamin C.
Ingredients
- 300 g large carrots (2 large carrots)
- 2 mandarins
- 1 small lime
- 40 g fresh figs (1 small fresh fig)
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Wash, peel and roughly chop the carrots.

Halve the mandarins and lime and squeeze out the juice.

Rinse the figs under warm water, pat dry, and slice thinly.

Extract juice from the carrots using a juicer.

Crush ice cubes finely in an ice crusher, then stir together with carrot, mandarin, and lime juices in a glass. Add the fig slices and enjoy the drink immediately.
