Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 2 organic oranges
  • 0.5 lime
  • 2 tbsp delicate oatmeal flakes
  • 1 tbsp wheat bran
  • 150 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 150 g Low-Fat Quark
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 tbsp cranberry juice

Instructions

    Steep the peaches in boiling water, cool them, then peel, halve and pit. Wash the oranges, dry them, cut into halves; slice one half for garnish. Squeeze juice from the remaining orange halves. Juice the lime as well.

    Mix the oatmeal flakes and wheat bran with yogurt and quark and let sit briefly to soften. Peel the banana, roughly crumble it, then combine all prepared ingredients with cranberry juice in a blender. Blend until creamy and pour into glasses. Serve the Peach Smoothie garnished with orange slices.
