  • 500 g peaches
  • 1 vanilla pod (aroma)
  • 500 g gelesugar 2:1

    Wash the berries and peaches. Pick the berries, peel the peaches, remove pits, and dice small. Mix with vanilla aroma and gelesugar, then bring to a boil while stirring.

    Let simmer gently for about 5 minutes, then fill hot sterilized jars. Screw on lids and let cool standing upside down.
