Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg ripe peaches
  • 600 g sugar
  • 1 packet powdered gelatin
  • 100 g pine nuts

Instructions

    Wash peaches, pat dry and pit them. Dice a quarter of the fruit; puree the rest in a blender. Pour the fruit purée into a pot, stir in sugar and gelatin powder, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute while bubbling.

    Stir in the pine nuts and diced fruit, then ladle hot preserves into well-rinsed jars, seal with twist-off lids.
