Ingredients

  • 400 g raspberries
  • 1 kg peaches
  • 600 g gelesugar (2:1)
  • 1 Orange (juice)
  • 1 vanilla pod

Instructions

    Wash the raspberries and put them in a pot. Boil the peaches, shock them, peel and halve them. Remove the seeds and dice the flesh into small cubes.

    Add the sugar, orange juice and split vanilla pod to the raspberries and mix well. Let it steep for about 1 hour.

    Then bring to a boil with occasional stirring and simmer for 4 minutes while bubbling. Perform a setting test and fill prepared jars with the jam.
