Ingredients

  • 500 g ripe peaches
  • 500 g kiwi flesh
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 kg gelatinous sugar

Instructions

    Briefly immerse peaches in hot water, shock with cold water, peel, halve, and pit. Chop the fruit flesh and weigh it. Peel kiwis and roughly chop them.

    Combine fruits with lemon juice and gelatinous sugar in a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute while bubbling. While still hot, pour into prepared jars and seal tightly.
