  • 1 kg ripe peaches
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 kg fruit gelatine sugar

Instructions

    Score peaches crosswise, briefly immerse in boiling water, shock with cold water, peel, halve, pit. Finely chop flesh and weigh.

    Bring lemon juice and fruit gelatine sugar to a boil in a pot, simmer for one minute while bubbling, then ladle hot into prepared jars and seal tightly.
