Ingredients

  • 500 g whole wheat penne
  • Salt
  • 300 g thick beans
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 sprigs oregano
  • 2 stems dill
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

    Meanwhile, separate beans from pods, rinse cold and drain. Boil beans in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain.

    Wash tomatoes and halve them. Wash herbs, pat dry and remove leaves; finely chop dill. Peel garlic and dice finely.

    Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic over medium heat until translucent. Add beans, tomatoes, and herbs and sauté together for about 5 minutes.

    Drain pasta, mix with vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and divide onto four plates.
