Pasta Pan with Turkey

Ingredients

  • 500 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 20 g Ginger
  • 1 Shallot
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 200 g mie noodles
  • 1 carrot (peeled and cut into sticks)
  • 1 red bell pepper (deveined and cut into sticks)
  • 150 g cauliflower florets
  • cabbage (cut into small pieces)
  • 4 oil
  • 400 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tbsp cashew nuts

Instructions

    Wash the meat, pat dry, slice into strips. Peel and finely dice ginger and shallot, mix with 4 tbsp soy sauce. Pour over the meat and let marinate for 15 minutes. Cook noodles according to package instructions.

    Brown the meat in hot oil for 4 minutes, remove. Sauté vegetables in the same fat, add broth, salt, pepper, stir in remaining soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Return meat and noodles, heat everything together for 2 minutes, then plate the pasta pan with turkey and cashews.
