A fresh and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender crab meat tossed in a bright tomato sauce, garnished with parmesan and parsley.
Ingredients
- 800 g crab (4 crabs; e.g., langoustines)
- Salt
- 350 g wide ribbon pasta
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- Pepper

Place the crabs head‑down in boiling salted water and cook for about 5 minutes. Then shock, drain, shell, and cut the crab meat into pieces. If desired, leave the shells intact and split them lengthwise.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, and sauté in a pan with olive oil for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle parmesan and parsley over the sauce, season with salt and pepper, add the crab meat, let it heat through briefly, then toss in the drained pasta.
