Ingredients
- 500 g fusilli
- 400 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 50 ml whipping cream
- 1 shallot, diced
- 1 bunch Basil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)

Cook the fusilli according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente.

Sauté the diced shallots in hot butter. Deglaze with broth, then add cream and crème fraîche and simmer until thickened. Add basil leaves (reserve a few for garnish) and blend the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Toss the drained fusilli into the sauce and serve garnished with fresh basil.
