Ingredients

  • 250 g Fettuccine
  • Salz
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp plant oil
  • 100 ml poultry broth
  • 80 g light cream
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped basil
  • basil (for garnish)
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

    Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cube. Peel and finely chop the garlic. In a hot pan with oil, brown the chicken and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Add the broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the light cream and basil, season with salt and pepper, adding a splash of pasta water if needed.

    Drain the pasta well and plate it. Spoon the chicken and sauce over the pasta and garnish with basil leaves before serving.
