Ingredients
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 small yellow bell pepper
- 1 small green bell pepper
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 small onions
- 100 g pitted black olives
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 400 g spaghetti (or whole wheat)
- Basil
Instructions

Wash, clean, halve, seed the peppers, remove white membranes and slice into thin strips.

Peel garlic and slice. Peel onions and cut rings. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions until translucent, add garlic and peppers, cook for about 4 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile cook pasta al dente in plenty of boiling salted water, drain, mix with vegetables and olives, plate and serve garnished with basil.
