Ingredients

  • 250 g Penne
  • Salad
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • 250 g Broccoli
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 75 g Dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • Basil

Instructions

    Cook penne in plenty of salted water until al dente. Separate broccoli into florets and cook for about 4 minutes. Drain. Mix pasta with the broccoli florets.

    Add olive oil, garlic, and dried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on preheated plates and grate parmesan over top. Garnish with basil leaves.
