Ingredients

  • 200 g spaghetti
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
  • 50 g butter
  • 40 g frisch geriebener Pecorino
  • 2 EL feingeschnittenes Basilikum

Instructions

    Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain and let stand, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid.

    Immediately mix the spaghetti with butter, reserved cooking liquid, and basil in a bowl; season with salt and pepper, plate on warmed dishes, and sprinkle with cheese before serving.
