Ingredients

  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 150 g Carrots
  • parsley (2 tbsp chopped each)
  • chive rings (2 tbsp chopped each)
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 400 g grapes

Instructions

    Whisk the cream cheese with the orange juice until creamy.

    Wash, peel, and grate the carrots coarsely on a vegetable grater. Stir the grated carrots into the cream cheese mixture.

    Fold in the parsley and chive rings, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
