Ingredients

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 8 tbsp German caviar (sea hare roe)
  • butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain (reserve some cooking water), and mix with 1 tbsp butter and 2-3 tbsp reserved water.

    Season with pepper, then divide onto preheated plates. Spoon 2 tbsp caviar and 1 tbsp crème fraîche over each portion and serve immediately.
