Tagliatelle with Tomato Sauce and Ham Cubes

Ingredients

  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • Salz
  • 250 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 3 EL olive oil
  • 2 EL tomato paste
  • 0.25 l Vegetable broth
  • 1 Dose Pizza tomatoes
  • Pfeffer
  • 1 TL oregano
  • 0.5 Bund parsley
  • 3 Stiele Basilikum
  • 100 g diced ham

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Meanwhile clean and cut the mushrooms, peel if necessary, halve or quarter them. Peel the onions and garlic cloves and dice finely. Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onions with the garlic. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2-4 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste and let it brown briefly. Add the broth and tomatoes.

    Season with salt, pepper and oregano, then simmer uncovered over gentle heat for about 5-7 minutes and taste. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pull leaves from stems and chop. Drain the pasta, let it drain briefly and mix into the sauce with the parsley. Taste again, fold in the ham cubes roughly and garnish with basil leaves before serving.
