Tagliatelle with Bacon and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 500 g Tagliatelle
  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 150 g bacon
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 0.25 l heavy cream
  • Salz
  • frisch gemahlener Pfeffer
  • gemahlener Muskatnuss

Instructions

    Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente and rinse under cold water.

    Wash, trim, and cut the broccoli into small florets. Blanch the florets in plenty of boiling water.

    Slice the bacon into fine strips.

    Render the bacon strips in a hot pan with butter, then remove them. Bring the cream to a boil in the same pan, add the noodles and broccoli, stir well, reheat, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and sprinkle with the bacon strips.
