- 400 g tagliatelle
- 200 g bacon (smoked, 3-4 mm thick slices)
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 0.5 tsp seasoned broth
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper

Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente.

Meanwhile, cut the bacon into strips.

1. In a non-stick pan, fry the bacon until crispy and golden.

2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks with the cream, seasoned broth, and parsley; season with salt and pepper.
