  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • 200 g bacon (smoked, 3-4 mm thick slices)
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 0.5 tsp seasoned broth
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente.

    Meanwhile, cut the bacon into strips.
