- 400 g tagliatelle
- Salad
- 2 cloves garlic
- 150 g Italian air-dried salami
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g chanterelles
- pepper (ground)
- Freshly grated Parmesan (for sprinkling)
- basil (for garnish)

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Clean the mushrooms and cut them smaller if needed. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Slice the salami thinly, then cut into narrow strips. Boil the tomatoes, shock, peel, quarter, seed, and dice them small.

In a hot pan with oil, brown the salami strips. Add the mushrooms and garlic and sauté. Then stir in the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, taste, and simmer for another 4 minutes. Drain the pasta, let it drain, add to the pan and toss gently. Plate, sprinkle with Parmesan, garnish with basil, and serve.
