- 500 g Tagliatelle
- Salt
- 1 cup (200 g) heavy cream
- 1 small garlic clove
- ground pepper
- a few spritzes lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 juniper berry
- 10 peppercorns
- 1 bunch dill
- 150 g smoked salmon (in slices)
- 100 g crème fraîche
