Ingredients
- 350 g pasta (e.g., Spirelli)
- Salt
- 300 g broccoli florets
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 300 g cooked chicken meat
- 150 g Corn (canned)
- 4 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 4 tbsp fruit vinegar
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Add broccoli during the last 4 minutes, then drain all together, rinse with cold water and let it drain.

Wash and halve the tomatoes. Cut the avocado in half, remove skin and seed, dice it, and mix with lemon juice. Tear the chicken into small pieces and drain the corn.

Combine pasta, broccoli, tomatoes, avocado, chicken, and corn. Toss with oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Let chill for at least 30 minutes, taste again, and serve or take to a picnic.
