Salad with Fried Tofu

Ingredients
- 800 g tofu
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 200 g mixed leafy greens (e.g., oak leaf and arugula)
- 1 Zucchini
- 3 tbsp light sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- a pinch of sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds for sprinkling
Instructions

Pat the tofu dry and slice into 12–16 thin strips. Place in a shallow dish, drizzle with soy sauce, cover, and refrigerate for about an hour.

Wash, trim, and spin the leafy greens dry; tear into bite‑sized pieces. Wash and peel the zucchini, then cut lengthwise into fine ribbons or julienne. Arrange the greens and zucchini decoratively on plates.

Heat a non‑stick skillet over high heat, add 1 tbsp oil, and fry the tofu slices until golden brown on both sides. Mix the remaining oil with lime juice, season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Drizzle this sauce over the salad, top with the fried tofu, and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
