Party buns with roast beef and shrimp

Ingredients
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tbsp dill sprigs, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp whipped cream
- 8 cooked shrimp
- 8 slices roast beef
- Horseradish
- 16 party buns (e.g., multigrain and sesame)
- butter
- dill for garnish
Instructions

Slice the buns horizontally and spread butter on half of each bun. Layer with loosely rolled roast beef slices, sprinkle freshly grated horseradish or spread a little jarred horseradish on top.

Whisk cream cheese with lemon juice, salt, pepper; fold in dill and whipped cream. Spread remaining buns with the cheese mixture, place one shrimp on each, close the bun. Garnish with dill sprigs.
