Paprika Cheese Omelette with Salami

Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 6 eggs (medium size)
- salt, freshly ground pepper
- 40 g thin salami slices
- 50 g Edam cheese
- 1 bundle arugula
Instructions

Quarter the bell peppers, clean, rinse and finely chop. Heat oil in a non‑stick pan. Quickly sauté the peppers. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Cut the salami and cheese into small pieces as desired.

Pour the eggs over the peppers and let them set slightly before stirring. Distribute the salami and cheese on top and finish cooking while stirring. Rinse, dry, and clean the arugula. Serve the omelette together with the arugula.
